By downloading, installing, or using Sujaw (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Sujaw provides AI-powered personal agents for intelligent recommendations. The Service allows users to:

• Chat with multiple AI models (Claude, GPT-4, Grok)
• Generate images using AI
• Create professional documents
• Search the web and get recommendations
• Receive personalized suggestions based on queries

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sujaw (16 years old if you are in the EU). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

4. Critical AI Limitations & Disclaimers

False Positives & False Negatives

• False Positives: AI may incorrectly flag or interpret information
• False Negatives: AI may fail to detect or identify issues
• Accuracy Not Guaranteed: We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability

You agree to use the Service at your own risk and exercise independent judgment. Always verify critical information independently before making decisions based on AI recommendations.

5. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use Sujaw, you may create an account through:

• Email and password
• Google OAuth
• Apple Sign-In

You agree to provide accurate and current information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

If you subscribe to a premium plan:

• Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation requires 24-hour notice before renewal
• Refunds are non-refundable except where legally required
• Daily message quotas are subject to change without notice
• Premium pricing may change with 30 days notice

7. Data Retention & Privacy

Your use of Sujaw is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key data retention policies:

• Chat Messages: Retained up to 365 days, then permanently deleted
• Location Data: Sent to configured endpoints; not stored on our servers
• Account Data: Retained until account deletion

8. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree NOT to use Sujaw for:

• Illegal content or activities
• Service abuse or circumventing limitations
• Intellectual property violations
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Introducing malware or harmful code
• Data scraping or unauthorized access
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Any activity that disrupts the Service

Violations result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

9. Liability Limitations

• Free Users: Total liability is €0
• Premium Users: Liability capped at amounts paid in the preceding 12 months
• Not Liable For: Financial losses from scams, fraud, security breaches, or errors in AI-generated content—even if our Service failed to detect issues

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI output
• Service interruptions or availability issues
• Third-party service failures

10. Intellectual Property

Sujaw and its content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Sujaw integrates with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) and services. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability or performance
• Content from third-party providers
• Data processing by third parties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sujaw from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of laws or third-party rights
• Your account activities

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Sujaw following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
